I have some  that have been $20k to $40k so we will never assume what your budget is. Keep in mind that prices can fluctuate based on customization and the expertise of the decorator. On average, your prices ranging anywhere from $1,500 to $5,000 seem reasonable, considering the client's theme and budget play significant roles. Asking for photo inspiration helps align expectations, given the diverse balloon styles and preferences. We can always go up or down in design based on budget. When we give a price for balloon décor that does not include delivery setup strike or tax. That is all dependent upon location and complexity of the design.

   - Air-filled latex balloons can last much longer indoors, often for a couple of weeks, as they do not succumb to the effects of helium escape, but can be less if the integrity of the balloons are compromised.

   - Foil (Mylar) balloons filled with helium generally last longer than latex balloons and can stay inflated for several days to a few weeks.

Yes if we have material in stock and availability, rush order fee may apply.

Delivery fees are based on geographic area and what we are delivering. If we are delivering just a cluster of balloons locally (within a 5 mile radius) it would be $25  But if we are delivering an Arch which must be setup and broken down it may be $175-$225. Pricing varies due to proximity of load in the area, ease of delivery, parking availability and time it takes  to load in and setup/ breakdown

The earlier the better. In order to make sure we have the colors and designs you are looking for we prefer to have a couple weeks notice. Since there have been issues getting balloons delivered from some of the manufacturers and not all of the distributors carry every size and color of balloon, it is important to book your event decor early. Though we can do last min orders you are usually subject to inventory on hand.Ideally we like to have 4-6 weeks if possible for best results.

We are a full service event and balloon decor company. We can do as little or as much as you need from planning the event, staffing, running it day of coordination and entertainment. It is all budget dependent.
